Refer a Patient to a Specialist Prosthodontist

Dr Dhrupad Siddhanta (Dr Sid) is a registered specialist prosthodontist accepting referrals from dentists across South West Sydney.

What we accept

Referrals are welcome for implant-retained restorations, full-arch rehabilitation including All-on-4 and All-on-5, management of extensive tooth wear, congenitally missing teeth, ceramic and bonded bridgework, complete and partial dentures, implant-retained overdentures, and the assessment of temporomandibular disorders. Dr Sid also accepts referrals for the management of implant prosthetic complications.

What happens next

We contact your patient to arrange a consultation, usually within a month. If the case is urgent and your patient needs to be seen sooner, please call us directly on 02 7259 1322 rather than waiting on the referral queue.

Following assessment you receive a written report within three working days, setting out findings, proposed treatment and the intended restorative plan, so you can co-ordinate any work you are completing.

Working together

A prosthodontist frequently acts as the architect of a treatment plan, co-ordinating between specialties. Dr Sid works alongside referring dentists rather than in place of them, and patients return to your care for ongoing general treatment.

Referrals come from practices throughout the Macarthur, Liverpool, Camden and Wollondilly areas, and Dr Sid is happy to discuss a case by phone before a formal referral.
